Program Director

Rachna K. Rangan is a practicing psychologist in Palo Alto. Prior to receiving a doctorate from the Wright Institute, she received a Ph.D. from the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Genetics, Singapore. She completed post doctorate work at Brandeis University and Columbia University. She is program director of EPARG.
